White Owl believes that strong and effective health and safety practices contribute to long-term shareholder value creation. Each and every employee has the responsibility to prevent accidents by following established working rules and, in addition, by practicing the principles taught in our extensive safety training programs.


As we grow, we will hold ourselves accountable. Specifically, we will ensure our business plan supports our focus on Environment, Health, & Safety (EH&S). White Owl has implemented its EH&S manual, which follows Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines. Furthermore, all employees are required to know the contents of this manual.

We also hold weekly safety meetings. These meetings, for instance, cover a range of topics from the manual and emphasize our commitment to safety. Additionally, Emergency Response Plans are implemented at each facility. These plans ensure that we are prepared for uncertainties and impacts during emergencies. Finally, we aim to foster innovative strategies that support a proactive EH&S culture across every branch of the company.

On the regulatory front, we will maintain open lines of communication with government and regulatory agencies. As a result, our facilities operate in compliance with all regulatory bodies and local government rules and guidelines.
